Over the past five decades, Prairie Mushrooms has set the standard for quality and consistency that the retail and foodservice industries have come to depend on.
We apply the latest innovations in everything we do. We were one of the first Canadian mushroom farms to successfully perfect the art of growing Portabellas. Even today, we set the standard for quality and value for this wonderful mushroom.
We are also a leader in food safety, and were one of the first mushroom farms in Canada to implement a full HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) program.
Prairie now produces five varieties of fresh mushrooms and a complete line of dried mushrooms. Being forward thinkers, we are always looking to develop new and exciting products to help our customers attract business.
